By booking a lesson or consultancy service with White Owl Education, you agree to the following terms.

Payment is required before the scheduled lesson or consultancy session unless otherwise agreed.

Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.

If White Owl Education needs to cancel a session, an alternative appointment or full refund will be offered.

Students are expected to attend lessons on time and participate respectfully. Repeated disruption may result in lessons being withdrawn.

Teaching materials provided by White Owl Education remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

While every effort is made to help students achieve their goals, examination results cannot be guaranteed.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
